VR Soft Skills Training with an AI Trainer

Kognita implemented an innovative training application for PZU, available in both VR and desktop versions. The solution supports the development of soft skills through realistic, interactive simulations powered by artificial intelligence.

Users can practice public speaking and difficult conversations in a safe, immersive environment. The AI module makes it possible to generate dynamic conversation scenarios and create custom personas, such as a demanding client or a difficult coworker, based on prompts defined by PZU administrators.

The application also analyzes presentations, including structure, pace, pauses and filler words, and allows users to repeat exercises while tracking their progress. The project was designed to make communication training more practical, scalable and engaging across the organization.
